1.  Services

We provide counselling, psychotherapy, assessments, workshops, corporate wellness, psychoeducation and psychology training programmes.

2.  Eligibility

Users must be 18+ or have guardian consent.

3.  Appointments

Appointments are confirmed upon booking/payment. Clients must join on time from a private environment.

4.  Online Therapy

Online therapy depends on internet connectivity and is not suitable for emergencies.

5.  Emergency Disclaimer

If you are at risk of harming yourself or others, contact emergency services immediately.

6.  Fees, Cancellation & Refunds

Fees are payable in advance. 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling. Missed appointments are non-refundable except where cancelled by PsychewellnessIndia or due to our technical issues.

7.  Confidentiality

Information is confidential except where disclosure is legally or ethically required.

8.  Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate information, behave respectfully, and do not record sessions without written consent.

9.  Intellectual Property

All website content belongs to PsychewellnessIndia and may not be reproduced without permission.

10.  Disclaimer & Liability

Therapy outcomes vary. We do not guarantee specific results and are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the Platform.
